We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible and within thirty (30) calendar days. Should we not be able to respond to your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request and where we are permitted to do so under applicable data protection laws, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request.

Kumu integrates with third party technology providers to enable personalized ads and source potential advertising demand, both domestically and overseas.

This means that your personal data may be processed outside of Kumu’s operating offices where the parties involved in the processing are located. Your information may be transferred and stored on computers or servers located outside your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction and it’s important to be aware that data protection laws in these locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

1. Selective Data Transfer: We only share or transmit isolated, non-identifiable or de-identified data elements such as age, gender, or IP address to third parties, ensuring that individual identities remain protected.
2. Transfer of Unique Identifiers: We may also share your unique identifier (GUID) with third parties. When sharing your GUID, we ensure that the information transmitted is encrypted and not directly linked to your identifiable personal data in kumu, keeping your data anonymous and secure.

By providing your consent, you authorize us to share your de-identified personal information with third party technology providers for the purposes outlined above.
